2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the tojbet Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This minimum age requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced through mandatory CNIC-based identity verification. Individuals under the age of 21 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing any wager on the Platform.
2.2 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered account on tojbet. Duplicate accounts, whether registered under the same or different names, are strictly prohibited. If tojbet identifies multiple accounts associated with the same individual (determined by CNIC, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof), tojbet reserves the right to merge balances to the oldest legitimate account, suspend all duplicate accounts, and void all bets placed on duplicate accounts without prior notice.
2.3 Registration Requirements. To register a tojbet Player Account, you must:

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time remains accurate and up-to-date. tojbet shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
3.1 Login Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your tojbet login credentials, including your username and password. tojbet will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify tojbet immediately — via live chat or email at [email protected] — if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, or if you believe your login credentials have been compromised. tojbet will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon notification, but shall not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access prior to such notification where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. tojbet offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP to registered Pakistani mobile numbers. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA via Account Settings. tojbet reserves the right to require 2FA activation before processing certain account operations including large withdrawals.
3.4 Device Responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access tojbet is adequately secured against unauthorised access, including through the use of a device PIN, biometric lock, or other reasonable security measures. Accessing tojbet on shared or public devices is done at your own risk.
4.1 Approved Payment Methods. All deposits and withdrawals on tojbet must be processed exclusively through payment methods approved and listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Approved methods currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. tojbet reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion without prior notice.
4.2 Currency. The base currency of the tojbet Platform for Pakistani players is Pakistani Rupee (PKR). All balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in PKR unless otherwise specified on the Platform.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, and Raast are processed instantly or near-instantly (typically under 5 seconds) subject to payment provider network conditions. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take between 5 minutes and 24 hours depending on bank processing times. Crypto deposits via USDT TRC20 are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations.
4.4 Withdrawal Requirements. Before any withdrawal may be processed, the player must have successfully completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. tojbet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its discretion.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times vary by account VIP level and payment method. tojbet targets same-day processing for most withdrawal requests submitted during business hours, subject to security checks. tojbet shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or blockchain network congestion.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. tojbet operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering standards. Deposits may not exceed withdrawal eligibility unless corresponding gameplay has been conducted. tojbet reserves the right to delay, freeze, or decline any transaction that triggers internal AML monitoring protocols, and to request source-of-funds documentation from any player at any time.

5.1 Game Rules. Each betting market, sports event, casino game, and slot game available on tojbet is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the relevant game or market interface. These game-specific rules are incorporated into and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the relevant game.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. tojbet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet placed on the Platform at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on erroneous odds, bets that would expose tojbet to disproportionate liability, or bets associated with suspicious activity. Where a bet is voided after the player has been notified of its acceptance, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
5.3 Manifest Error. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to an obvious pricing error, a technical malfunction resulting in incorrect odds or game outcomes, or a data feed error — tojbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. tojbet shall not be liable to pay winnings arising from manifest errors regardless of whether the player was aware of the error at the time of betting.
5.4 Disconnection Policy. In the event of disconnection during a live casino game or interactive gaming session, tojbet's system will attempt to complete the relevant round according to its recorded state at the time of disconnection. Completed rounds will be settled according to the outcome recorded on the server. tojbet shall not be liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by the player's internet service, device, or local network conditions.
5.5 Cricket and PSL Betting Rules. All cricket and PSL betting markets on tojbet are settled in accordance with published market rules. Markets are settled based on official results from the governing body of the relevant competition. tojbet reserves the right to delay settlement of any market pending official confirmation of results. Void rules apply where a match is abandoned, reduced in overs, or otherwise unable to produce a qualifying result per market rules.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by tojbet are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each individual promotion. These promotion-specific terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion terms. Wagering on games with high house edges (including certain live casino side bets and specific game types) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. tojbet operates zero tolerance for bonus abuse. The following behaviours constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds, forfeiture of winnings generated from bonus funds, and may result in permanent account suspension:
6.4 Expiry. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements have defined expiry periods specified in each promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated therefrom are forfeited without compensation. tojbet is not obliged to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond what is displayed in the player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tojbet Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the tojbet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, sound effects, video content, and data compilations — is the property of tojbet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited Licence. tojbet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
8.3 Restrictions. You may not use tojbet's name, logo, trademarks, or branding in any manner without prior written consent from tojbet. Unauthorised commercial use of any tojbet intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
9.1 Platform Availability. tojbet does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of interruption, or error-free. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tojbet may suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond its reasonable control without incurring liability to players.
9.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tojbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, delayed transactions, missed betting opportunities, or any other circumstance outside tojbet's direct control.
9.3 Maximum Liability. In any event, tojbet's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by that player to the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 No Liability for Gambling Losses. tojbet is not liable for gambling losses incurred through your use of the Platform. Gambling involves risk, and the loss of funds wagered is a foreseeable and accepted outcome of participation in gaming services. By using tojbet, you acknowledge and accept the risk of financial loss.

11.3 Marketing Communications. By registering on tojbet, you consent to receive promotional communications via SMS and in-platform notifications regarding tojbet offers, games, and services. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via Account Settings without affecting your ability to continue using the Platform.
12.1 Suspension by tojbet. tojbet reserves the right to suspend or restrict any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if tojbet has reasonable grounds to believe that:
12.2 Balance on Suspension. Where an account is suspended due to player breach of these Terms, tojbet reserves the right to retain all balances pending investigation. Where investigation confirms a material breach, all balances may be forfeited. Where suspension was imposed in error and the player is found to be in compliance, the full balance will be reinstated.

Prior to closure, any remaining real money balance that meets the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to the player's registered payment method, subject to KYC completion.
13.1 Internal Complaints Procedure. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of tojbet's services, you should first contact tojbet's customer support team via live chat or at [email protected] with a clear description of your complaint. tojbet targets an initial response within 24 hours and a final resolution within 14 business days for standard complaints.
13.2 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with tojbet's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter in accordance with tojbet's published escalation procedure, which is available upon request from customer support. tojbet may also refer disputes to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider as specified in the applicable licensing framework.
13.3 Bet Settlement Disputes. Any dispute regarding the settlement of a betting market or game outcome must be raised with tojbet customer support within 72 hours of the relevant settlement. Disputes raised after this period may not be eligible for review. tojbet's bet settlement decisions, once confirmed by the Compliance team, are final and binding.
14.1 Right to Amend. tojbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date displayed on this page. Material changes that adversely affect player rights will be communicated to registered players via SMS or in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to taking effect where practicable.
14.2 Continued Use Constitutes Acceptance. Your continued use of the tojbet Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.3.
14.3 Version History. The current version of these Terms supersedes all previous versions. tojbet does not maintain a public archive of previous Term versions but may provide prior versions upon reasonable written request from the affected player in the context of a specific dispute.
15.1 International Operation. tojbet operates under international gaming licensing standards. These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the legal framework applicable to tojbet's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Players are responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their own jurisdiction prior to registering.
15.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility. tojbet makes no representation that its services are legal or available for use in every jurisdiction.
